  • Wishnxt’s return and refund policy allow you an option for the return or exchange of any particular item within a specific return and exchange period (check the product details page for the same).
  • We only ask you to maintain the product at its best quality without using it, with tags, and packaging, and we will pick up the item from your doorstep at an applicable charge.
  • Wishnxt will initiate a refund for the purchase to the original payment method. Also, all the purchases made through credit cards and cash on delivery will only be refunded in the Online credit option only.
  • Due to their intimate nature, we do not accept returns on products like swimwear, innerwear, intimate wear including sports bras, socks, personal care, and hygiene products.
  • For Buy one get one offer, you can exchange any item with another full-priced item of the same price. These items are not eligible for refund.
  • The customer will be charged a 20 AED delivery fee on exchange or refund.

   Exchange:

  • One-time exchange of the product purchased from Wishnxt within a specified exchange period of 2 days for the same size or different sizes of the same item, we will replace your item at no cost. For any other exchange, you will be charged AED 20 for shipping.
  • For a smooth exchange procedure, make sure all the items are in original condition, with all the tags and packaging intact.
  • All the products eligible for exchange can only be exchanged once.
  • The applicable refund amount for exchange will only be initiated post successful pick up of the original product.
  • The item can not be exchanged for multiple products and you can select a single item for exchange. While you can exchange multiple items at the same time, you initiate separate exchange requests for each of them.
  • Due to their intimate nature, we do not accept returns on products like swimwear, innerwear, intimate wear including sports bras, socks, personal care, and hygiene products.
